• Technical data — browser type, operating system, device type, IP address
• Log data — server logs, error reports, performance metrics
• Analytics data — aggregated, anonymised usage patterns

Information we do NOT collect

• Private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords — ever
• Payment card details — all transactions are on-chain via MetaMask
• Government-issued ID or KYC documents

How We Use Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• Service delivery — to provide AI chart analysis, generate signals, and display results
• Account management — to associate your wallet address with your subscription plan
• Service improvement — to analyse usage patterns and improve AI accuracy
• Security — to detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access
• Communications — to send important service updates (not marketing without consent)
• Legal compliance — to meet applicable legal obligations

We do not use your chart uploads or chat messages to train AI models on a per-user identifiable basis. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used to improve model accuracy.

Wallet & Blockchain Data

We store your wallet address to:

• Identify your account and subscription status
• Associate your usage limits with your wallet
• Verify on-chain subscription payments

All subscription transactions are processed directly on BNB Smart Chain via MetaMask. We do not have access to your private keys, funds, or the ability to initiate transactions on your behalf. Blockchain transactions are public and permanent by nature.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your wallet connection state so you don't have to reconnect every visit. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect functionality.

What we store locally

• dw_wallet — your public wallet address for auto-reconnect on page load

To clear this data, simply disconnect your wallet from the platform or clear your browser's localStorage.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your chart images and text to generate AI analysis. Images are transmitted to Anthropic's API for processing. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• CoinGecko API — used to fetch live cryptocurrency price data for the ticker. No personal data is shared. See CoinGecko's Privacy Policy.
• BNB Smart Chain — public blockchain for processing subscription payments. Transactions are permanent and publicly visible.
• Google Fonts — typography loaded from Google's CDN. See Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties for marketing purposes.

Note: blockchain transaction data is immutable and cannot be deleted. Data stored on-chain (your wallet address and transaction history) is outside our control.

Children's Privacy

DegenWager AI is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it promptly.

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk and is intended for adult users only.
