01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing DegenWager AI ("Platform", "Service", "we", "us", "our") at degenwagerai.com or any associated subdomain, you ("User", "you") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

02 Eligibility

To use DegenWager AI, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable law
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of this Platform is prohibited

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Cryptocurrency trading may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws.

03 Our Services

DegenWager AI provides an AI-powered chart analysis platform that:

• Analyses cryptocurrency chart screenshots uploaded by users
• Generates AI-suggested entry zones, stop-loss levels, and take-profit targets
• Provides an AI confidence score for each analysis
• Offers a conversational interface for follow-up chart questions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Service availability is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

04 No Financial Advice

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and trading involves significant risk of loss
• Past performance of AI signals is not indicative of future results
• You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make
• You should never trade more than you can afford to lose
• You should conduct your own research ("DYOR") before making any trade
• DegenWager AI is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or investment manager

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

05 Wallet & Payments

DegenWager AI uses MetaMask and BNB Smart Chain (Chain ID: 56) for wallet authentication and subscription payments.

Wallet connection

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys
• We will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, or wallet password
• Your public wallet address is used to identify your account

On-chain transactions

• All subscription payments are processed on BNB Smart Chain and are irreversible
• You are responsible for all gas fees associated with transactions
• Blockchain transactions are permanent — we cannot reverse or refund on-chain payments
• You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient BNB to cover transaction fees

06 Subscriptions & Billing

DegenWager AI offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro ($29/month), and Elite ($79/month).

Subscription terms

• Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

Free plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost and includes limited analyses per month. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time.

Demo transactions

The current platform uses demo transaction processing for subscription purchases. No real funds will be deducted during the demo period. All transactions will intentionally fail. This will be updated when full payment processing is live.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DegenWager AI to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or subscription restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use automated bots or scripts to scrape data or abuse the AI analysis service
• Upload malicious content, phishing attempts, or harmful files
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated signals without our written permission
• Use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or infrastructure

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

08 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, AI models, logos, and branding on DegenWager AI are owned by or licensed to DegenWager AI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your content

By uploading chart screenshots or submitting content to our Platform, you grant DegenWager AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain ownership of all content you upload.

AI outputs

AI-generated analysis, signals, and outputs are provided for your personal use. You may not commercially redistribute or resell AI-generated signals without our written consent.

09 Limitation of Liability

Specifically, we are not liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from trades made based on AI signals
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or delayed AI analysis
• Loss of data, interruption of service, or platform downtime
• Unauthorised access to your wallet or account
• Actions of third-party services (MetaMask, CoinGecko, BNB Chain etc.)

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DegenWager AI at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Any reason we determine, in our sole discretion, is necessary

You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your wallet and cancelling your subscription. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice in our Telegram community
• Notify users via the Platform where reasonably practicable

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any legal proceeding.
